Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable Snowflake-based enterprise data architecture.
- Build robust data transformation pipelines using dbt Cloud.
- Develop and maintain orchestrated workflows with Airflow.
- Implement data governance and catalog capabilities through Atlan.
- Partner with analytics teams to enable performant data assets for Tableau.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for data infrastructure.
- Manage identity and access control through Okta.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines in CircleCI for automated deployments.
- Configure monitoring and data reliability workflows with Monte Carlo.
- Own and operate platform components, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Define and uphold SLAs and best practices for operational support.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to improve operational processes.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, product, and security teams.
- Gather requirements and shape roadmap priorities for continuous delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including warehouse design and governance.
- Strong proficiency with dbt (Cloud or Core) and data modeling.
- Experience configuring Airflow for complex workflows.
- Solid understanding of Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and testing automation.
- Familiarity with Okta or similar identity management platforms.
- Exposure to data reliability tools like Monte Carlo.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python for scripting.
- Experience supporting production systems and incident management.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
