Base Salary
$96k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and support the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team
- Lead technical meetings with enterprise decision makers and support revenue-driving customer engagements
- Advise customers on business structures, workflows, third-party systems, integration points, and complex GIS strategies
- Design and propose solutions that align Esri technology with strategic customer business needs
- Provide configuration guidance, best practices, presentations, conference talks, and executive briefings
- Troubleshoot client issues involving Esri application deployment and system architecture
- Coach new team members on technical and account-team best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications with Esri technology
- 3+ years of experience in electric, gas, and/or telecommunications
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge in hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, client troubleshooting, software integration, geodatabases, and DBMS technology
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments including Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Experience integrating solutions with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, and sales-process skills
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable
- Preferred: experience with real-time information streams, mobile, IoT, advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, and imagery
- Preferred: master’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field
