Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end technical solutions for client projects.
Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications, architectural blueprints, and design documents.
Evaluate technologies, platforms, and frameworks for scalability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with development teams, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Conduct architectural reviews and audits to identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards.
Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns.
Participate in pre-sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
Act as a technical subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
At least 8 years of software development experience, including 3–5 years in a Solution Architect or similar senior technical role.
Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions across cloud, data, applications, and integration domains.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns and design principles.
Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP; relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Extensive experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, and Node.js, and their frameworks.
Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
Experience with API design and management, integration patterns, and enterprise service bus solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.
Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.
