Responsibilities
- Support sales teams by qualifying leads, identifying customer pain points, and translating technologies into solutions aligned with customer business goals.
- Lead qualification through demos, presentations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops.
- Own RFPs, RFIs, and hands-on proofs of concept through completion and convert POCs into contracts.
- Provide technical and industry thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with solution, product, strategy, and R&D teams to influence the product roadmap using regional market feedback.
- Build or improve tools and processes to scale highly customized technical POCs.
- Present ByteDance B2B solutions and their business and technical value to C-suite, business, and technical audiences across APAC.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and adoption of ByteDance solutions among existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in solution engineering, cloud solution consulting, or pre-sales.
- Experience using agent tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Kiro, or Copilot.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
- Deep industry expertise in one or more sectors such as AI-native, digital-native, e-commerce, entertainment, or FSI, plus regional market insight and product sales capabilities.
- Preferred experience with agent concepts, design patterns, and open-source or cloud-native agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, Managed Agent, AgentCore, or Agent Builder.
- Ability to present complex AI concepts clearly to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Preferred project management experience and the ability to drive initiatives end to end.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication skills, collaboration, initiative, and attention to detail.
