Responsibilities
- Act as a technical bridge between Japanese clients and engineering teams, communicating complex topics clearly in Japanese.
- Manage technical requirements, clarify specifications, and align business processes with stakeholders.
- Drive maintenance and system improvement activities, including issue investigation and enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation and respond to client inquiries.
- Combine BrSE and project management responsibilities to support smooth delivery and communication.
- Lead teams and manage client-facing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a BrSE or in an equivalent position.
- Experience in infrastructure; data project experience is a plus.
- Solid software development knowledge with practical experience.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing client-facing projects.
- Experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients.
- Business or native-level Japanese proficiency, with JLPT N2 or JLPT N1; good English is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
