Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and validate the company’s solution in client-managed AWS, Azure, GCP, and other cloud environments.
- Build, test, package, and release software in the AWS-based development environment.
- Adapt deployment configurations to client networking topologies, IAM models, and security requirements.
- Package and manage applications with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, GKE, AKS, and Helm charts.
- Troubleshoot Linux systems and network issues during live deployments with client IT teams.
- Build and maintain deployment automation, assess cloud cost risks, and recommend appropriately sized configurations.
- Document deployment architecture, configuration decisions, limitations, and field learnings for internal tooling and playbooks.
Requirements
- Strong AWS experience with VPCs, IAM, EKS, EC2, S3, and networking.
- Strong Linux administration and system troubleshooting skills.
- Good networking fundamentals including DNS, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, VPNs, and subnetting.
- Production experience deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for repeatable deployments.
- Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or a similar language.
- Understanding of cloud cost drivers and deployment sizing.
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar cloud environments, adapt to client-specific conditions, lead client calls, and write clear technical documentation in English at B2 level or above.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on Azure or GCP experience, Professional Services or Solutions Engineering experience, restricted-environment experience, cloud certifications, and experience building internal deployment tooling or runbooks.
