Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.
- Collaborate with large enterprises and startups to build transformative AI solutions.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform based on customer feedback.
- Experiment with the latest voice models for enterprise-grade integration.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- A builder's mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles.
- Comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with AI/LLM systems in production is a plus.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is preferred.
- Proficiency in Korean is preferred for client interactions.
