Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to new customers during their onboarding process.
- Guide customers in making informed technical decisions regarding the Databricks platform.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Become an expert on the Databricks platform and its features.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end data analytics workflow.
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering and data warehousing technologies.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
