Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scope and integrate financial partnerships from zero-to-one.
- Own the technical relationship with financial partners throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Build and maintain integrations with agentic-commerce protocols and Shared Payment Tokens.
- Design abstractions for other engineers to monetize new products efficiently.
- Create an observability layer for partner-facing flows.
- Drive incident response for integration issues and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Represent Replit in technical reviews with partners and provide feedback on API design.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend expertise.
- Hands-on experience integrating with external financial-partner platforms end-to-end.
- Proven track record of taking integrations from zero-to-one and operating them.
- Strong system-design instincts in high-correctness domains.
- Ability to work autonomously across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent debugging skills against systems you don't own.
