Base Salary
$250k - $360k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction, architecture, and roadmap for the Agentic Ads product area.
- Build agent-powered customer experiences that provide recommendations and appropriately authorized actions for business growth.
- Design resilient integrations with external services and APIs, including safe retries, reconciliation, observability, and recovery from partial failures.
- Establish measurement, instrumentation, experimentation, agent evaluations, and production monitoring for product outcomes, policy compliance, spend safety, and execution quality.
- Implement financial controls including scoped authorization, approvals, budget limits, auditability, reporting, and pause controls.
- Lead ambiguous initiatives across product, design, AI, data, security, and partnerships while mentoring engineers and owning production quality.
Requirements
- Staff-level technical leadership delivering complex customer-facing products or platforms across multiple teams.
- Strong hands-on software engineering and system design experience across APIs, data modeling, distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and customer-facing experiences.
- Experience operating third-party integrations under duplicate requests, partial failures, rate limits, changing schemas, and inconsistent external state.
- Practical experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows involving tool use, orchestration, evaluations, and safeguards.
- Experience with instrumentation and experiments, and the ability to reason about noisy data, delayed feedback, uncertainty, and causality.
- Experience handling authentication, authorization, sensitive data, approval boundaries, and limits on consequential actions.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams, explain technical trade-offs, mentor engineers, and drive execution without reporting authority.
- Preferred experience includes advertiser-facing products, marketing automation, campaign tools, growth platforms, advertising or marketing APIs, attribution, experimentation, constrained optimization, recommendation systems, and permissioned multi-tenant products.
