Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Modify and extend Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous jobs, and build and maintain Lightning Web Components.
- Maintain legacy Aura and Visualforce components and build and support REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and connected systems.
- Own declarative Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, record types, layouts, validation rules, approval processes, sharing rules, and Sales, Service, Experience, and CPQ Cloud functionality.
- Build and maintain Flow automation and migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automation to Flow.
- Manage user lifecycle, roles, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, SSO/SAML, MFA configuration, and login-failure investigations.
- Run Health Check, Security Center, and Optimizer reviews and support audit and compliance requests.
- Maintain data quality, execute data loads and remediation, manage sandbox refreshes and seeding, and build reports and dashboards.
- Own weekly releases using Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tooling, including deployment preparation and follow-up, and manage Salesforce seasonal releases.
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate technical debt across configuration, code, automation, and access.
- Triage and resolve production issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies while partnering with cross-functional teams and system owners.
- Provide technical leadership through design, code and configuration review, requirements shaping, and communication of technical trade-offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are required.
- 7-12 years of Salesforce administration and development experience, including at least three years operating as a senior or lead engineer on a team.
- Experience across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, and judgment in evaluating technical and business trade-offs.
