Base Salary
$114k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define tracking requirements with marketing, product, and analytics partners and convert them into technical specifications.
- Design scalable tagging strategies using Adobe Tags and the AEP Web SDK.
- Build web data layers and configure AEP schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and ingestion.
- Implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and integrate Martech and third-party tools across Adobe digital surfaces.
- Validate data collection with AEP Debugger, browser DevTools, QA processes, and testing practices.
- Uphold data governance and privacy requirements, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Provide documentation, training, and support for digital data instrumentation standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of digital analytics or Martech implementation experience working with developers on tracking and data pipelines.
- Strong experience with AEP, Web SDK or Alloy.js, Real-Time CDP, XDM, Tags/TMS, Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Production front-end development skills with JavaScript, HTML, and DOM; React or Angular experience is a plus.
- Expertise in data-layer design, data governance, and debugging with browser DevTools and AEP Debugger.
- SQL experience querying analytics data using BigQuery, Snowflake, or AEP Query Service.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical partners.
- Preferred experience with Consent Management Platforms, server-side tagging, Snowflake or BigQuery integrations, extensive data pipelines, large-scale data processing, and full-stack development with Node.js or equivalent.
- Adobe certifications in AEP or Analytics are preferred.

- The U.S. pay range varies by work location, with a stated annual base range of $114,100 to $214,950; the California range is $148,500 to $214,950.
- Eligible roles may receive Annual Incentive Plan awards and, for certain positions, long-term incentives such as a new-hire equity award.
