Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable single-page applications based on microservices architecture.
- Develop and maintain high-performance React and Spring Boot applications.
- Make technical decisions and optimize system architecture for scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Design data models for relational and non-relational databases.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to refine and deliver technical solutions.
- Provide production support and optimize systems for performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and engineers using the organization’s AI-DLC practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience designing large-scale, secure, high-traffic, distributed software systems.
- Proven ability to write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to build end-to-end solutions.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Experience with AI-DLC and agentic coding using tools such as Claude Code and AWS Kiro.
- Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
