Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic technical and partner input for account strategy and customer transformation initiatives.
  • Design agentic AI platforms and application modernization solutions, including lifecycle management and cloud application architectures.
  • Lead consultative selling, executive-level engagements, technical discussions, and technical wins.
  • Demonstrate Microsoft products and services through architecture sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers, assess security needs, and align technology solutions with business outcomes.
  • Support partners by identifying capability gaps, facilitating resources, and participating in partner sell-with engagements.
  • Gather competitive insights, provide feedback to product and engineering teams, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
  • Mentor internal teams, share technical knowledge, and maintain readiness across relevant technology domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep technical expertise in agentic AI platform design, application modernization, cloud application platforms, and solution architecture.
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical sales, consultative selling, demonstrations, architecture sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Preferred certifications in Office 365, Power BI, Azure architecture or development, cloud platform technologies, information security, or architecture.
  • Ability to engage executives, customers, partners, internal teams, and product or engineering organizations.
