Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations from agreed requirements and solution designs through go-live and early spend activation.
- Advise customers and internal teams on integration approaches, system configuration, and overall solution design.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
- Partner with Sales on technical discovery and recommend integration blueprints using APIs and third-party connectors.
- Troubleshoot customer integration challenges and guide complex configuration decisions without directly writing code.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS, accounting, and broader integration ecosystems.
- Create internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling for integration-heavy use cases.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and feature prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management involving complex multi-stakeholder technology or financial-services implementations.
- At least four years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
- Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional projects involving executives, technical teams, and operations stakeholders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, including leading steering meetings and influencing without direct authority.
- Experience delivering ERP, accounting-system, or expense-platform implementations and associated GL, cost-centre, entity, and card-feed data flows.
- Preferred experience working with integration engineers, solution architects, or technical program managers on API-based integrations and familiarity with web, SSO, and ERP integration concepts.
- Preferred project-management or agile-delivery training or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
- Preferred experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
