Responsibilities

Lead and mentor software developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient C++ and Qt code for computer-assisted surgery applications.
Implement and optimize data structures, algorithms, computer vision, and medical imaging functionality.
Collaborate with engineering, clinical, product, and QA teams to integrate algorithms and technologies.
Drive technical discussions and architectural decisions while enforcing coding standards and development processes.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, progress tracking, and milestone delivery.
Document software implementations and developed systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of professional software development experience focused on modern C++ (C++17 or later).
At least 1 year of experience in a team lead, technical lead, or mentoring role.
At least 2 years of experience with Qt/QML.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, unit testing, data structures, and algorithm optimization.
Preferred experience with medical imaging, computer vision, or real-time systems.
Familiarity with backend development, API design, and integration.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical collaboration skills.
