Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases with business teams.
- Design, build, scale, integrate, and deliver AI services, including LLM and RAG solutions.
- Own AI solutions from initial request through development and delivery.
- Translate business needs into practical AI solutions for teams across finance, HR, sales, service, legal, and quality assurance.
- Guide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders at all levels.
- Help teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience independently developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite.
- Knowledge of machine learning, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and data engineering practices.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.
