Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software supporting business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Develop and deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized reconciliation software.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Apply secure coding practices and effective unit testing.
- Partner with related teams and stakeholders, advise on technical decisions, and manage risks and controls.
- Lead and supervise a team, allocate work, coordinate resources, and support professional development where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience in Reconciliation development.
- Experience with IMatch.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Python experience is desirable.
- AI experience is desirable.
