Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise identity solutions across Okta, Saviynt, and SGNL.
- Configure Saviynt identity governance, access requests, role-based and attribute-based access controls, access certification campaigns, and automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
- Manage Okta Workforce Identity, SSO, adaptive MFA, passwordless authentication, lifecycle management, directory integrations, and related security configurations.
- Implement SGNL continuous authorization, Zero Trust access, just-in-time access, and event-driven authorization policies.
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, API integrations, and automation scripts for Saviynt and Okta.
- Investigate identity-related threats, privileged access abuse, and anomalous login behavior with SOC and Incident Response teams.
- Enforce least-privilege principles, produce audit-ready reporting, and remediate identity risk findings with Security Compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct, hands-on information security experience focused primarily on Identity and Access Management.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Okta Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, Workflows, Adaptive MFA, and SSO integrations.
- Hands-on administration experience with Saviynt Enterprise IGA, including analytics, connectors, lifecycle workflows, and access request configuration.
- Experience with SGNL or comparable fine-grained, policy-based continuous authorization platforms.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP.
- Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, or Bash and strong REST API integration capabilities.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security frameworks and least-privilege access models.
- Preferred experience integrating Privileged Access Management platforms such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
- Preferred certifications include Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant; Saviynt Certified Professional; CISSP; or CISM.
- Preferred background in cloud identity security using AWS IAM, Azure AD or Microsoft Entra ID, and GCP IAM.
