Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, resilient platform capabilities for FloQast Transform and AI-driven workflows.
- Own high-level architecture and resolve complex technical trade-offs across distributed systems, AI-agent infrastructure, and visual workflow builders.
- Establish engineering best practices and raise technical standards across the automation ecosystem.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and help grow the technical capabilities of the broader team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software.
- Expertise in Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Strong understanding of APIs, platform-first design, scalable workflow orchestration, and secure, compliant SaaS architectures.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to translate ambiguous ideas into production-ready systems through technical influence and clarity.
