Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, user stories, interface specifications, and business processes to identify test scenarios, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and integration needs.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute test cases and scripts for CCARS functionality, SAP integrations, document workflows, interfaces, and related processes.
- Test content capture, document processing, indexing, metadata, routing, workflow, retrieval, permissions, and records-management capabilities.
- Validate SAP S/4HANA and CCARS data exchanges, mappings, status updates, error handling, reconciliation, and end-to-end traceability.
- Test multi-system workflows including submission, routing, approvals, notifications, status updates, and downstream processing.
- Validate user roles, access controls, security functions, and document permissions.
- Document and track defects through resolution with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with developers, SAP teams, business analysts, product owners, and external stakeholders to coordinate integration testing and maximize coverage.
- Maintain test cases, test data, interface validation artifacts, workflow results, and traceability matrices.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
- Identify and improve integration testing, coverage, traceability, and QA processes.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of manual testing experience with large-scale ERP, enterprise business, or integrated information systems.
- Hands-on testing experience with CCARS or a comparable enterprise content, capture, document, records, or workflow management platform integrated with SAP.
- Experience validating SAP S/4HANA integrations, including interfaces, data mappings, workflows, status updates, error handling, and end-to-end business processes.
- Strong working knowledge of SAFe, SDLC, Agile development, and Agile testing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- ISTQB or similar software testing certification is desired.
- Experience with ServiceNow CWM, Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, or similar platforms is desired.
- Prior federal or DoD experience and familiarity with financial, logistics, acquisition, requirements, or records-management domains are desired.
