Responsibilities

- Identify operational pain points and develop end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and field operations teams.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development velocity and quality.
- Ensure systems are scalable and support aggressive fleet growth.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to design scalable systems and services.
- Comfort working directly with stakeholders to define solutions.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
