Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop custom software solutions using modern frameworks and delivery practices.
- Integrate SAP Plant Maintenance with other SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing functionality, performance, and usability.
- Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows using Agentic AI patterns and SAP AI services.
- Own end-to-end implementation across data and model integration, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, customer, and other cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and monitor project progress against business goals.
- Articulate solutions to clients and support effective demonstrations.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
- Experience transforming processes with AI and applying Agentic AI innovations in the SAP space.
- Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation, and effective demonstration and communication experience.
