Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support ThingWorx applications, dashboards, mashups, services, widgets, extensions, and Navigate solutions.
- Develop and administer Windchill customizations, enhancements, workflows, lifecycle management, change management, BOM management, custom APIs, and integrations.
- Integrate Windchill and ThingWorx with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, estimation, solution architecture, documentation, Agile delivery, code reviews, and technical leadership.
- Support CI/CD, build automation, release management, DevOps initiatives, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and IT change management.
- Identify opportunities, dependencies, and risks while supporting global time zones, projects, critical issues, and change rollouts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on PTC Windchill development and administration experience.
- 3+ years of ThingWorx development experience.
- Experience with Windchill 10.x, 11.x, 12.x, and 13.x platforms.
- Strong Java, Java EE, JavaScript, SQL, REST API, XML, and scripting skills.
- Experience integrating PLM systems with ERP platforms such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Preferred experience with ThingWorx Foundation, Composer, Navigate, Mashup Builder, Data Shapes, Thing Templates, Services & Subscriptions, Windchill+, MPMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, Supplier Management, Azure DevOps, and OAuth/SSO integration.
- Preferred experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JSP, J2EE, REST/OData services, and Azure Cloud services.
