Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain client-facing mortgage applications.
- Implement Angular frontend and Java Spring Boot backend applications.
- Modernize legacy systems through codebase refactoring and migration to modern architectures or frameworks.
- Participate in software design, development, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Write clean, maintainable, robust, well-documented code that follows development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven Angular frontend development experience, including effective integration with backend systems.
- Hands-on experience modernizing legacy systems and migrating to modern architectures or frameworks.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins.
- Experience building modern web applications with Angular and Java Spring Boot.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience using Gen AI developer productivity tools is nice to have.
- Experience integrating backend services using REST or GraphQL is nice to have.
