Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft and Cloverleaf.
- Build real-time and batch interfaces, APIs, message transformations, routing logic, and data validation workflows.
- Configure and manage secure file transfers using MOVEit and support integrations with EHRs, third-party vendors, and enterprise systems.
- Develop interfaces using HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, flat files, and other messaging or data formats.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows, resolve production failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure integrations meet HIPAA, security, encryption, audit, reliability, and data-accuracy requirements.
- Perform interface testing, validation, reconciliation, documentation, and ongoing technical support.
- Collaborate with application teams, data engineers, analysts, stakeholders, vendors, and support teams within Agile delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including 5 or more years developing and supporting production integration solutions.
- Required hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and integration patterns, APIs, and messaging systems.
- Required experience with JSON, XML, flat files, data transformation techniques, and REST/SOAP APIs or web services.
- Preferred experience with Cloverleaf Integration Suite, MOVEit or similar secure file-transfer tools, and healthcare standards including HL7 and FHIR.
- Preferred familiarity with GCP, Azure, and cloud-service integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, collaboration, prioritization, and independent-work skills.
