Base Salary
$221k - $387k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-native security features and frameworks based on customer problems, product goals, and technical requirements.
- Produce high-quality code and designs for security features and frameworks under aggressive deadlines.
- Guide and mentor application teams on implementing security features, frameworks, and appropriate AI usage.
- Collaborate with design and platform teams to deliver robust security capabilities.
- Participate in technical deliverables involving quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Communicate architecture and design decisions to business and engineering audiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing security features and frameworks.
- Experience building security features specifically for AI.
- Exceptional Java and JavaScript skills.
- Deep knowledge of security industry standards, security frameworks, and driving their adoption.
- Passion for software development, problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
- Experience critically evaluating or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication, self-starting ability, and aptitude for learning new technologies.
