Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications and distributed services.
- Write maintainable code using Go, Python, or comparable systems languages.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build automation for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support high system availability.
- Apply cloud best practices for performance, reliability, cost optimization, and security.
- Use GitHub Copilot and Cursor to improve development productivity through automation scripts, documentation, and unit tests.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or a comparable systems language such as Java, C++, .NET Core, or Ruby.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, security practices, and system administration basics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Preferred: familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
- Preferred: knowledge of distributed systems and experience with performance profiling or system tuning.
