Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize agentic AI applications, AI-powered automations, and RPA solutions.
  • Implement AI security controls, policy-based guardrails, access controls, validation checks, logging, monitoring, and responsible AI governance practices.
  • Develop and support integrations using Workato, Python, Oracle Cloud, REST APIs, and related technologies.
  • Configure secure connections between enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation for integration workflows, APIs, and agent configurations.
  • Monitor AI agent and integration performance and improve scalability, reliability, security, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
  • Build and enhance applications according to secure coding and AI governance practices.
  • Participate in testing, validation, deployment, peer code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and production release activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI developers, architects, integration engineers, and senior AI developers.
  • Support user training, documentation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of agentic AI solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • At least 1 year of agentic AI development experience.
  • At least 1 year implementing AI security controls, safety guardrails, access boundaries, validation checks, and monitoring practices for AI or agentic systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience with RAG and vector stores or databases.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Python, Node.js, and/or React.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms or iPaaS tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience integrating with REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working in Agile environments.
  • Preferred experience with LangGraph, MCP, RPA, Agent Harness, and Workato.
  • Preferred familiarity with Workday, BuildingConnected, Procore, Airtable, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Preferred experience with SQL databases and GitLab.
