Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of full stack applications and distributed systems.
- Conduct projects for implementation and migration of legacy systems, especially VTEX.
- Define and evolve scalable and resilient architectures.
- Design and develop APIs, microservices, and complex integrations.
- Focus on performance optimization including caching and load balancing.
- Support and mentor less experienced developers.
- Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ensure application observability through monitoring and logging.
- Actively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents.
Requirements
- Advanced/Fluent English for communication with global teams.
- Proven experience in at least one complete cycle of legacy system implementation/migration (VTEX).
- Solid experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, and/or C#/.NET.
- Strong experience in building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Proficiency in database modeling.
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD and Docker.
