Base Salary
$126k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software using sound engineering architecture and development practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and own features through design, implementation, automated testing, and delivery.
- Design software that customers can extend and customize for their specific needs.
- Design and ship agentic and GenAI features with LLM-driven workflows, tool use, guardrails, evaluations, and monitoring.
- Help design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3–5 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 2–3 years of experience.
- At least two years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language, plus JavaScript or TypeScript experience.
- Experience applying or evaluating AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs including Anthropic and OpenAI, including prompting for analysis, code generation, and structured outputs.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Hands-on knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
- Exposure to public cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
- Interest or experience in agentic AI, including building agents with evaluations, observability, and cost/latency tuning.
- Preferred knowledge of large-data technologies such as Flink.
