Base Salary
$180k - $326k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize scalable full-stack RAG infrastructure using Go and Python for low-latency enterprise data retrieval.
- Integrate NVIDIA AI tooling and model acceleration libraries with the platform.
- Own features end to end, including frontend applications, backend microservices, and production deployment.
- Establish technical standards, automated testing pipelines, and performance benchmarks for high availability, security, and reliability.
- Define technical approaches, evaluate trade-offs, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch new capabilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise architecting, building, and maintaining production-grade backend microservices and modern frontend applications using Go and Python.
- Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, LLM pipelines, or AI/ML-driven architectures for data processing and retrieval.
- Ability to independently define technical approaches, evaluate complex trade-offs, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work primarily in the Santa Clara, California office in accordance with company policies.
