Responsibilities

  • Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications and adapt features to business needs.
  • Manage application releases, deployments, and compatibility across environments.
  • Optimize application configurations to improve efficiency, user experience, performance, and stability.
  • Use APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms to deliver technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system performance and stability issues.
  • Serve as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS is stated as an additional requirement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS is required.
  • Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management is required.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications is required.
  • Knowledge of low-code platforms in enterprise environments is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system performance and stability issues is required.
  • Understanding of release management processes and version control is required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
