Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications and adapt features to business needs.
- Manage application releases, deployments, and compatibility across environments.
- Optimize application configurations to improve efficiency, user experience, performance, and stability.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms to deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance and stability issues.
- Serve as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS is required.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management is required.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications is required.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms in enterprise environments is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot system performance and stability issues is required.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
