Enterprise Architect AFDC - São Paulo
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and chief architects at Fortune 1000 companies on AI and Salesforce-led enterprise transformation.
- Define scalable end-to-end architectural patterns across Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, integrations, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Lead legacy modernization, AI adoption, Agentforce architecture, multi-agent orchestration, and agent lifecycle management.
- Create AI governance frameworks covering model risk, bias evaluation, ethical guardrails, compliance, and auditability.
- Build a global community of architects across customers, system integrators, ISVs, and Salesforce teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the Salesforce platform roadmap.
- Publish architecture blueprints, transformation guides, reference models, and reusable best practices.
- Provide architectural governance, delivery oversight, and strategic pre-sales support for complex enterprise implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles focused on cloud transformation and AI integration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.
- Track record of executive engagement and influence with C-level leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Hands-on knowledge of predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, machine learning, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, multi-org architectures, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience designing, deploying, and governing autonomous agents with Agentforce and Agent Builder.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and scalable data and API strategies.
- Experience in a consulting, advisory, CTO/CIO-facing, system integrator, platform vendor, or enterprise IT role is preferred.
- Familiarity with TOGAF, SAFe, and architectural governance frameworks is preferred.
- Industry expertise in sectors such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare is preferred.
- Thought leadership or speaking experience at industry events or Salesforce forums is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, mentoring, and community-building skills.
