Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to build data-informed features.
- Analyze key metrics to inform growth strategies.
- Work with the visual language and brand identity of the platform.
- Iterate quickly on growth strategies and features.
Requirements
- Proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before.
- Extensive experience in quick iteration and A/B testing for growth strategies and features.
- Familiar with Posthog or similar quantitative user tracking tools.
- Comfortable with all parts of the stack, including CSS and database queries.
- Solid experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end build systems.
- Ideally familiar with production JavaScript/Node backends.
- 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
