Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell's voice agent platform.
- Become an expert in building voice AI solutions and LLM prompting.
- Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools using Python and JavaScript.
- Partner with sales to gather client requirements and present system designs.
- Scope projects, resolve blockers, and provide concise updates.
- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
- Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Experience delivering systems in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
- Proficient in writing production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their user experience impact.
- Ability to proactively manage risks and maintain momentum under pressure.
