Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of voice AI projects from prototyping through production
- Become an expert in building voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting techniques
- Build full-stack integrations in Python and JavaScript with enterprise tools such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools
- Partner with sales to gather client requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs
- Scope projects, resolve blockers, and align teams through concise updates
- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components
- Translate customer and field feedback into product and go-to-market recommendations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, Customer Success or Support Engineer, or founder experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering systems in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Ability to write production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language
- Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience
- Ability to proactively manage risks and maintain momentum under pressure
