Responsibilities
- Deploy production-ready AI use cases with measurable business impact across diverse industries.
- Develop GenAI applications for consumer and industrial solutions.
- Build and implement AI products involving fine-tuning, advanced LLM applications, APIs, back-end, and front-end interfaces.
- Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product teams on complex customer projects.
- Participate in pre-sales calls and provide technical guidance on Mistral’s products.
- Contribute to open-source codebases and help improve models and products based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Experience as a technical individual contributor, such as a data scientist or software engineer, on AI-based products.
- A proven track record implementing AI or machine learning products with APIs, back-end, and front-end interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, or agentic use cases.
- Deep understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts and algorithms.
- Strong coding skills in Python.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Open-source contributions, particularly in the LLM space.
