Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and pre-sales engagements by translating customer requirements into secure, scalable Microsoft Security and AI solutions.
- Advise partners and customers on solution architecture and support successful technical outcomes.
- Deliver technical enablement, workshops, demonstrations, and presentations to drive adoption of Microsoft technologies.
- Support implementation and optimization of Microsoft Security and Copilot solutions in line with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Develop technical assets, best practices, and repeatable solution frameworks to strengthen partner capability and customer success.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Entra, Defender, Intune, Purview, and Microsoft 365 Security.
- Proven solution architecture or technical consulting experience translating business and technical requirements into practical outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI and Copilot technologies, including security, governance, and data protection considerations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience delivering technical workshops, enablement sessions, demonstrations, or presentations.
- Hands-on technical capability and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
