Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Advise customers throughout Claude discovery, evaluation, adoption, and deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering, IT, and executive audiences.
- Guide scalable architecture and enterprise integration decisions.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for Claude use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally within India and the APAC region for customer workshops and technical deep dives.
- Collaborate across global teams, time zones, and stakeholders while serving as the technical expert for the India market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in India or the APAC region and navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, balance competing priorities, teach, mentor, and work across cultures and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field or demonstrated through relevant coursework, training, or professional experience.
