Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver automation capabilities for IP engineering workflows.
- Design, validate, and implement Ansible-based automation for IP device configuration management.
- Define and govern workflow orchestration architecture integrating APIs, provisioning systems, and network management platforms.
- Integrate automation solutions with OSS platforms across network operations, provisioning, monitoring, and inventory management.
- Establish PostgreSQL-based persistence for workflow tracking, auditability, operational reporting, and analytics.
- Lead customer operational handover, knowledge transfer, training, documentation, and architecture governance.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in IT, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
