Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive account success and pipeline generation.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve MongoDB solutions.
Requirements
- 8 - 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
- Experience with modern scripting and programming languages.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
