Responsibilities
- Support technical onboarding of applications to enterprise identity platforms.
- Configure and validate identity connectors and complete attribute, role, and entitlement mapping.
- Verify identity, provisioning, and access flows across identity governance, authentication and authorization, and privileged access capabilities.
- Troubleshoot integration, provisioning, authentication, and authorization issues during onboarding and after deployment.
- Execute onboarding checklists, processes, and technical patterns and maintain documentation, configuration records, and support runbooks.
- Support defect resolution, minor configuration changes, technical handovers, and post-release hypercare.
- Escalate complex integration issues to identity engineers and relevant platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience in identity and access management, application integration, technical support, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting application onboarding to enterprise technology platforms.
- Understanding of identity governance, authentication, authorization, provisioning, or privileged access.
- Experience troubleshooting technical configuration and integration issues.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical onboarding patterns, standards, and checklists.
- Strong written documentation and record-management skills.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Australian citizenship and security clearance are indicated in the job title.
