Base Salary
$220k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for mobile development strategy and patient-facing applications
- Rapidly prototype and ship features in patient mobile and web applications
- Help steer product direction for patient support and retention
- Engage directly with patients and collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Set technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices for patient-facing products
Requirements
- Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing mobile, web, or both types of products
- Experience serving as a technical lead, setting architecture direction, and mentoring engineers
- Comfort working across the full stack in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong collaboration with product and design teams
- Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks is preferred
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer domains is preferred
- Experience with engagement, retention, or onboarding flows is preferred
- Prior AI/ML or agent-based systems experience is preferred
