Base Salary
$220k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for mobile development and patient-facing apps.
- Rapidly prototype and ship features in patient mobile and web apps.
- Steer product direction for patient support and retention during critical early stages.
- Engage directly with patients to identify needs and translate them into features.
- Mentor and grow junior engineers, enhancing team capabilities.
- Set technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices.
Requirements
- Deep experience in building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products.
- Experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring engineers.
- Strong opinions on building great user experiences.
- Comfortable working across the full stack in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents.
- Enjoy collaboration with product and design teams.
