Base Salary

$220k - $260k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical direction for mobile development and patient-facing apps.
  • Rapidly prototype and ship features in patient mobile and web apps.
  • Steer product direction for patient support and retention during critical early stages.
  • Engage directly with patients to identify needs and translate them into features.
  • Mentor and grow junior engineers, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Set technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products.
  • Experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring engineers.
  • Strong opinions on building great user experiences.
  • Comfortable working across the full stack in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents.
  • Enjoy collaboration with product and design teams.
