Base Salary
$223k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end system integrations connecting software to the SOCOM operational ecosystem.
- Implement and maintain Cursor-on-Target (CoT) event ingestion and dissemination pipelines.
- Design software adapters and translation layers for interoperability with various datalink protocols.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve integration failures and data flow interruptions at SOCOM sites.
- Translate operational realities into technical requirements for the core product development team.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience with Cursor-on-Target (CoT) message formats and TAK ecosystem tools.
- Demonstrated experience in system design for complex, multi-vendor integration environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance immediate fixes with long-term solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
