Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the FinHub Tooling platform.
- Drive an AI-first approach to internal tooling to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build high-reliability systems for various teams including Engineering and Compliance.
- Lead cross-functional alignment to turn high-impact initiatives into scoped technical roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers and define engineering processes to improve team quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on reliable systems.
- Demonstrated ownership of technical strategy and platform roadmaps.
- Proven ability to execute complex initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience in elevating team technical quality through mentorship and process improvements.
- Background in architecting internal tooling or operational systems for diverse user groups.
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency.
