Senior Software Engineer - Growth Platform
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure for feature access logic, promotions, trials, in-product notifications, and experimentation.
- Design and ship platform capabilities used by Slack’s Growth teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Lead cross-team and cross-functional engineering projects from design through launch and post-launch.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including designing, building, and operating production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Python or Go.
- Experience leading cross-team and cross-functional projects from design through launch and post-launch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Bonus: experience with TypeScript/React and PHP/Hack.
- Bonus: experience with entitlements/permissions, promotions, trials, experimentation, or notification systems.
