Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business and user-area needs.
- Monitor and control application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Analyze complex application development problems, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and assess business usage to ensure system functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install systems and provide customer and operational support.
- Define operating standards and processes, assess risk, maintain compliance, and escalate control issues transparently.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines, unexpected changes, and evolving requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Required technical skills: Angular 10+, Node.js, npm, AG Grid, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL Server.
- Preferred technical skills: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka, WPF.NET/XAML, and C#.
