Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI/ML, LLM, generative AI, RAG, vector database, and semantic search solutions.
- Develop chatbots, recommendation systems, translation services, and other LLM-powered applications.
- Perform model fine-tuning, evaluation, quantization, knowledge distillation, feature engineering, embedding optimization, and dimensionality reduction.
- Design and implement production software using Python, microservices, concurrency processing, test-driven development, and low-level architecture designs.
- Deploy and operate ML workloads using MLOps practices, model serving, automated retraining, monitoring, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Use Spark, Git, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms to support scalable data and ML systems.
- Apply A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing to AI/ML initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of total and relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field, with the posting stating a 4-8 year experience range.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with Go or Rust, SQL, microservices, concurrency, and test-driven development.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Spark, Git, MLflow, FastAPI, vLLM, TorchServe or TensorFlow Serving, and vector databases.
- Experience with RAG systems, semantic search, embeddings, LLM fine-tuning and evaluation, model optimization, quantization, and knowledge distillation.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, service mesh implementations, and containerized ML workloads.
- Strong understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure and network security for ML systems.
- Bachelor-level or postgraduate education listed as B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, Bachelor of Engineering, or Master of Engineering.
