Base Salary
$127k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning solutions for customer use cases using Google Cloud products.
- Support partner and product teams with end-to-end data pipelines for Google DeepMind GenAI products and APIs.
- Provide architecture guidance, best practices, data migration, capacity planning, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and customer support.
- Work directly with customers, travel to customer sites, deploy solutions, and deliver workshops.
- Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering to influence product roadmaps and future direction.
- Support product releases and manage the release train.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and help partners resolve them.
- Build and maintain internal tools powered by agentic toolkits and GenAI offerings.
- Stay current on GenAI advancements and share knowledge with teams and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- At least 3 years of programming experience with one or more languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, database technologies, cloud technologies, machine learning solution development, and Linux, Unix, or Windows systems.
