Base Salary
$127k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams to develop solutions, provide consulting, and build partner relationships.
- Act as a subject matter expert by delivering scalable solutions and troubleshooting technical issues for partners.
- Design, build, and present proof-of-concept prototypes and demos to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct implementation reviews, advocate for product features, and communicate partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
- Use internal and external data sources to deliver business intelligence and insights for decision-making.
- Build tools, automate processes, oversee technical execution and business operations, and help prioritize product strategy, projects, and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Three years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: Three years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, or another investigative role.
- Preferred: Three years of experience using machine learning and building solutions.
- Ability to adapt communication to different technical audiences and present technical materials to groups of varied sizes and backgrounds.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
